Tejasvi Chaudhary

Tejasvi Chaudhary, an assistant professor in the department of fashion design at Rayat Bahar Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab and a doctoral researcher in the Department of Clothing and Textiles at Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. I hold both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Home Science (Clothing and Textiles) from Banasthali Vidyapith. My academic journey has been dedicated to exploring innovation, sustainability, and technology within the textile and fashion domain.

With a teaching experience of four years, I have served as a Research Associate in the Department of Clothing and Textiles at Banasthali Vidyapith for one year and as an Assistant Professor at Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab for three years. These roles have allowed me to engage in both academic instruction and research guidance, fostering my interest in interdisciplinary learning and applied textile innovation.

My research focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence in fashion and textile design, particularly its potential to enhance creative design processes, improve production efficiency, and support sustainable development. I have also gained valuable industry exposure through internships at Rainbow Fab Art Pvt. Ltd. and Nisan Exim, Ahmedabad, where I developed practical expertise in fabric processing, printing, and garment construction.

I have actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and workshops on research methodology, textile innovation, and fashion technology, which have broadened my academic and professional perspective. Through my ongoing research, I aim to contribute to the advancement of AI-driven sustainable practices and technological innovation in the global textile and apparel industry.

Rohini Mandiyal

Rohini Mandiyal

Rohini Mandiyal, an assistant professor in the department of fashion design at Rayat Bahar Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. I hold both B.Sc. in fashion designing and M.Sc. degrees in fashion merchandising from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar, Punjab. With a deep passion for creativity and sustainability in fashion, I aim to inspire my students to merge traditional craftsmanship with modern design thinking.

With a teaching experience of one and a half years, I have served as Assistant Professor at Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab for one years. These roles have allowed me to engage in both academic instruction and research guidance, fostering my interest in interdisciplinary learning and applied textile innovation.

My research focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence in fashion and textile design, particularly its potential to enhance creative design processes, improve production efficiency, and support sustainable development. I have also gained valuable industry exposure through internships at Innovative Knits, Mohali, Chandigarh.

Dr. Soma Patnaik

Dr. Soma Patnaik

Dr. Soma Patnaik is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in both academia and the digital marketing industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Amity University Rajasthan, Soma brings extensive knowledge and seven years of research experience in consumer behaviour and marketing to the table. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on E-Commerce, Consumer Behaviour, and Digital Marketing from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. She also holds an MBA and a BBA, both with a concentration in Marketing.

Dr. Soma’s career objective is to secure a full-time position in Digital Marketing and Analytics, where she can leverage her research experience and apply her skills in a practical setting. She is well-versed in a variety of technical skills essential for this field, including Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Her experience extends to a professional role as a Senior Executive in SEM at Angara E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur a USA based online jewellery company where she handled Pay per Click (PPC), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns.

In addition to her professional roles, Dr, Soma has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning by completing a course in Digital Marketing and Analytics from the Indian School of Business. Her soft skills include being a responsible team player and her personal skills highlight her confidence and ability to handle difficult projects and communicate effectively with team members and clients. She is presently pursuing advanced Analyticscourse from IIT Guwahati in Analytics, AI & ML.  Her unique combination of academic rigor, research experience, and practical industry skills makes her a strong candidate for a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on application. Dr. Abhishek Mendiratta

Dr. Abhishek Mendiratta

Dr. Abhishek Mendiratta  is an Assistant Professor  at Amity University Rajasthan, specialized in Marketing, International Business  and Entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD. in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan

With over 15 years of academic, consulting, and industry experience, Dr. Mendiratta has worked extensively in the fields of international business, social development, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and disaster risk reduction. He has collaborated with organizations such as Save the Children, UNDP, and Christian Aid on global best practice projects.

He has presented research at international forums including the World Water Week (Stockholm), World Water Forum (Istanbul), and SACOSAN (Dhaka), and has several publications in reputed journals. Dr. Mendiratta is also a life member of professional bodies including the Indian Water Works Association and the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

Dr. Siddhartha Sankar Biswas

Dr. Siddhartha Sankar Biswas is Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering , School of Engineering Sciences & Technology , Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, INDIA.  He has published 70 research papers and book chapters in various international journals and proceedings published by Springer, Elsevier, Hindawi, etc which are indexed by Thomson Reuters, SCI, Scopus, IEEE, etc. He has published 2 International Patents (1 USA and 1 UK), 5 National Patents and 1 Design Registration. He has more than 16 Years of teaching and research guidance experience. He was awarded Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) by Jamia Millia Islamia in 2015. Apart from Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, he is M.Tech. in Computer Engineering, MBA in Information Technology and B.Tech. in Information Technology. He is Life Member of The Indian Science Congress (ISC), Life Member of Computer Society of India (CSI), Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and Life Member of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).
