Prin. Dr. Sangeeta Shashikant Shinde is the Principal and Professor of Economics at Sarhad College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, bringing with her over two decades of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. Dr. Ashwini Manik Vatharkar is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 15 years of teaching experience in Economics. She holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Vatharkar has authored more than 39 research papers in reputed national and international journals and is the author of the book “Indian Economy: Problems and Challenges” (2013). Her research focuses on Indian economic development, public policy, and socio-economic issues. She currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Economics at Sarhad College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, where she actively contributes to teaching, research, and academic mentorship
